New Gin Bottle.jpg

Not your father's gin

We wanted to create a gin that pushed the boundaries of the traditional London Dry style, but at the same time played within the four corners of what you'd expect from a gin. While most gins use a simple grain base, we decided to use a more robust cane base. The cane imparts a wonderful honeysuckle note that lays the foundation. The gin is rounded out by hints of Italian Juniper, California Coriander, Grapefruit, Cardamon, Chamomile, and blueberry, among others

SVG_code_fileWe do a lot of bespoke gins for accounts that want their own, unique gin. As part of that process, we are forced to experiment with a wide range of botanicals and botanical combinations. Over the years we've done hundreds of test distillations. It's been a great way to see what works and what doesn't. This gin represents the best of those experiments.
