SUNSET SPRITZ
Bright, bubbly, and built for easy drinking, Sunset Spritz is our take on the golden-hour libations of coastal Italy—without the alcohol. Bursting with citrus and warm spice, it layers yuzu and grapefruit with subtle notes of cinnamon and clove for depth and balance. Lightly fizzy and endlessly crushable, it works just as well as a non-alcoholic alternative to a classic spritz as it does as a low-ABV base for those looking to add a splash of booze. Best served over ice with a citrus slice and a long, slow sunset.
ALPINE HIGHBALL
Crisp, herbal, and quietly complex, Alpine Highball draws inspiration from the alpine Amari of northern Italy. Built around a balance of bitter, sweet and botanical notes, it delivers the layered depth you’d expect from a classic Italian digestif—brightened with a lift of fizz. Structured yet refreshing, it works beautifully as a non-alcoholic sipper or as a low-ABV base for a highball with a touch of spirit.
